September Mystery Quilt

 

 

 

 

The September mystery kits are ready. I love the cozy feel of this crazy four-patch quilt. The applique adds just the right amount of whimsy and a place for the eyes to rest. Speaking of whimsy, the panel we used on the back is pretty charming as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We were unable to secure enough of the panels for all of the kits but there are a limited number available.

We are still working on the fabrics for October's mystery quilt so please check back.

  

August mystery quilt

July mystery quilt

The July mystery kits are ready to be picked up. We have created a pretty simple pattern that lets the beautiful fabric be the showcase.

Our ten-year old granddaughter pieced this quilt for us. She wanted to use it on her bed so she added borders. We have border fabric available if you choose to use it (while supplies last).

June Mystery Quilt

May mystery quilt

I find it hard to believe we are already near the end of May, which means another mystery quilt reveal. We may be a little early but why not?

 

 The May mystery quilt is a pretty simple sew. The beautiful focal fabric is highlighted by simple prints with the border wrapping it all up nicely. 

We have chosen to use fabric from the Vera's Garden collection for the June Mystery quilt.

April mystery quilt

 The April mystery quilt kits are ready. 

We want to thank our daughters who got this one done. Challis pieced the quilt and Taelor quilted it for us. We are so grateful for their help. Both of them commented that they hope the ladies don't look too closely at the quilt but we invite you to come and take a good look.  FYI - We will be closed the last week of February to participate in an off site quilt retreat. There will be no mystery quilt this month (February). The March mystery will be using fabric from the Simple Pleasures collection designed by American Jane for Riley Blake. We will post a photo when the fabric arrives.

Becky continues to amaze me with the beautiful quilts she creates every month.

We have been hustling and a bustling around here lately preparing new projects for the shop and for the retreats we participate in each February at Ruby's Inn at the mouth of Bryce Canyon. By the end of January, we will have created about 7 new quilts. 

Just to let you know, the shop will be closed the week of February 2nd and then again the week of February 23 as we teach and vend at the retreats. We are grateful for your support and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
