June has been a busy month for us. Becky managed to get the June Mystery quilt off of the machine this morning before too many people came in to pick up their kits.
Love the way it turned out!
I think it fairly shouts, "tradition".
Part of the busyness of the past few weeks has been preparing for our missionary who comes home this week. The shop will be closed on Friday and Saturday so we can pick him up from the airport and spend a little time with him. We hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone too much.
Becky made him a quilt to throw on his bed but then ended up sending it to him to present to his Mission President and his wife.
Guess where he served? We ended up making another one for Hunter as well.
In the busyness of it all we have not had time to find fabrics for the July mystery quilt so please watch the blog. We will post photos as soon as we can.
One last item. The first Friday in July falls on the day after Independence day and we realize that some of you will be gone for the long weekend. We will still be having the sale but have decided to continue it on the second Friday of the month as well. So - we will be offering fabric for only $5.55 per yard on both of those Fridays. Come and get some.
Have a great holiday and Happy Quilting!

May mystery photo
Sorry we are a little behind getting a photo posted of the May mystery quilt but here it is.
The quilt finishes about 54 x 63 inches. We chose to make ours a little larger to fit a bed.
I love the traditional colors and flannel feel of the brushed homespun fabric.
We have wanted to create a two color mystery quilt for some time now. The time has come. The June mystery quilt will be a very traditional two color quilt. We will be creating ours in the white and mustard color shown. We will also be offering a red/white and blue/white color option.
The quilt will be beautiful! Give us a call to reserve yours today.

April Mystery Quilt
This is the April mystery quilt.
We love the fabrics and the quilt. The larger blocks sew up pretty quickly.
We will be using the manly plaids pictured below in the May mystery quilt. Don't they look warm and inviting?
A quick reminder - this coming Friday is $5.55 first Friday. We will be adding more fabric to the shelves. Plan to come and save!
Thanks so much or your continued support.

March Mystery
First of all - we have discovered that there wasn't quite enough fabric to finish the arrows in last month's quilt kits. So if you did last month's quilt please stop by the shop and pick up the fabric you will need to finish the quilt. So sorry for the inconvenience.
Here is a photo of the March mystery quilt which you can pick up today (March 26). We were really happy with the way this one turned out. Hope you love it too.
April fabrics are shown below. It's sure to be another cute one.
Call us at 801-465-9133 to reserve your kit.
